Summary

Amends the:

Australian Immunisation Register Act 2015
to: allow the assessments of medical exemptions to immunisation by paediatricians, public health physicians, infectious diseases physicians and clinical immunologists to be recognised by the Australian Immunisation Register; and make explicit that certain vaccination information can be provided only by recognised vaccination providers, and not members of the public; and
A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999
to make consequential amendments.
